INSULATION INSTALLERS

We are looking to add four more insulation installers to join our Milwaukee and Watertown teams.  We are an authorized Focus On Energy and Energy Star Home Performance insulation company as well as a proud member of NARI based out of Sussex.  You must have either insulation or construction knowledge to qualify. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT  HAVE CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE OR NOT ABLE TO IDENTIFY BASIC FRAMING OF A HOUSE.

We will hire and train the right man or woman to join the crew. One of these positions will lead to a crew leader position.  To qualify for a crew leader position, you must have EXTENSIVE construction knowledge. 99% of all of our jobs have had a Home Performance energy audit conducted. We are not a “Blow N Go”
company.  Most jobs require 2 - 5 days to complete.  There is a lot of variety in the work we do. You will be challenged and never bored.

This is a physical job that includes crawling into attics and crawl spaces.  You must be in very good physical shape to do this work and to be considered for employment. There will be extensive overtime starting in about 6 weeks.

Pay range is $12 - $20 per hour depending on experience and/or qualifications.   If you have air sealing experience, your pay will start at the higher end of that.  For the position of installer with no experience in insulation, the pay rate will depend upon your construction experience. For those that start at base pay scale, you will receive a pay raise at each pay period (every 2 weeks) until you reach the $15.00 per hour pay scale. You must be able to start work immediately.
