Manuel has experience in operations, security, compliance and has performed duties in the staffing industry as Director of IT, VP of Operations, and most recently as Manpower's North America Product Manager for Managed Services. He has an MBA in Operations and completed 5 years of PH.D in Labor Economics / Economic Development at UW -Madison.
